Now it is my turn to ask a question and I only have
one question for you.
1. Why consult with a Bach Foundation Registered
Practitioner (BFRP)?
The BFRP designation following my name
indicates that I hold a place on the Dr. Edward Bach Foundation’s “International
Register of Practitioners”. There are currently 1672 practitioners worldwide on this Register
with 99 residing in the USA. The BFRP designation is your assurance that the person
you are dealing with has met the Dr. Edward Bach Centre standards
for the competent use of the Remedies and that they adhere to the
Dr. Edward Bach Centre Oxfordshire, England, strict “Code of Practice”. Practitioners
must apply yearly to remain on this registry. Additionally,
consulting a
BFRP
takes
the guesswork
out of choosing the appropriate
Flower
Remedies
thus
putting you on the road to results as soon as possible.

2. How can just 39 Remedies
deal with all the emotional upsets living creatures experience?
The 39 Bach Flower Remedies can be made
into 19,311,487 different mixtures. The
system is both simple and complete; it allows for the unique qualities
of all creatures to be addressed.

3. Dr. Bach discovered
the Remedies in the 1930s, are they still relevant today?
Dr. Bach wisely found Flower Remedies
for 7 major categories of emotional distress: Fear, Uncertainty,
Lack of Interest in Present Circumstances, Loneliness, Oversensitivity
to the Influence of Others, Despair or Despondency, and Over-concern
for the Welfare of Others. The
world has changed, but the human condition has not. I
cannot imagine that the fear of smallpox in 1930 was less of a problem
than the fear of Cancer today.

4. Do these Remedies really work or simply elicit a placebo effect?
While I could not say with certainty
what goes on deep inside a living creature’s mind, my experience
says that a placebo effect is not likely to occur except in extremely
isolated cases. I used the Bach Flower remedies on animals
and friends for 7 years before I attended formal Practitioner training. Would
a friend have said they experienced good results when they did not? I doubt they would have deceived me but I suppose they could
have. Could a dog, horse,
or other companion animal have pretended they were feeling better
when they really were not? No. In fact I consider the years I worked strictly with animals
to have been invaluable training in the use of the Remedies. I believe results obtained working strictly
with animals were a true barometer of the benefits of the Remedies.

5. Can Bach Flower Remedies cure illnesses?
No. These Remedies address emotional disturbances. These disturbances can show themselves
in many different ways, some of which may be actual physical illnesses. Emotions may serve as an indication of
well-being or signal a physical problem is brewing or already in
process. Regardless, it is the emotions that the
Remedies work on. The
mind body connection has been well published recently. These Remedies have been used successfully since the 1930s.

6. Are the Remedies more effective on humans than other species?
No. I have not found emotional issues to vary between species. Anger,
confusion, love, addiction, lack of confidence, greed; pick any emotion
and the common ground is apparent. The
dog that wants all the bones displays the same mind set as the person
who wants all the money. The colt that approaches the alpha figure
gingerly has the same mind set as a teenager coming home after their
curfew.

7. Are the Remedies a substitute for traditional medical treatment?
No. The Remedies are
a complimentary modality. They
may be used concurrently with any other medical treatment, but they
are never used to relieve physical or psychological symptoms. Always consult your physician or health
care provider for any physical or psychological illness.

8. Are the Remedies dangerous or addictive?
No and No. The Remedies are 100% natural, safe, and non-addictive. None of the plants or trees used to make
the Remedies are poisonous or harmful in any way.

9. May the Remedies be taken along with traditional western
or other medications? Do
they have side effects?
The Remedies will not interfere with any other medications nor will any
medications interfere with the actions of the Remedies. They have no side effects.

10. Can
an individual self-prescribe the Flower Remedies?
